Over the last few years, We have proudly worked with many customers around the Chicago area to scan and edit their slide photos back to life. Click here if you would like to see an in depth video of how we edit each photo.

Slide photography became popular in the 1950’s and 1960’s with the introduction of home slide movie projectors. Many households across the country would have boxes and boxes of slide carousels filled with their memories. While this type of photography is still widely popular, it requires a lot of work just to view those memories nowadays, as you would have to find a working slide projector.

 

At Scan My Pics we understand the hassle of sorting through all those boxes, carefully separating and organizing each one, and running the risk of damaging them further. That is why we use the latest technology around to scan and manually edit every slide as it is needed.

Our slide scanning prices are the most affordable around. We charge $7.00 per every 80 slides. (editing included), each slide is scanned at 2000 DPI.

We realize that just scanning your slides as is is not enough, this is why we go above and beyond to manually edit every slide (as needed) to remove any

imperfections.

Our standard image editing adjustments include: (if needed)

  • Image orientation

  • Image cropping

  • Minor scratch and dust removal

  • Image color correction

  • Red-eye Removal
